Client is an Am Law 10 law firm (the “Firm”) advising on a multi-billion dollar merger. The Firm’s client receives a Hart-Scott-Rodino “Second Request” from the FTC and the Firm has to review massive volumes of documents and e-mails for disclosure, all in a very compressed timeframe and with a high degree of accuracy.
