Sirisha Gummaregula
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Sirisha has over thirteen years of experience advising boards of directors, corporate and other clients on a variety of corporate matters and has worked closely with directors and executives of major multinational corporations. She has advised US and multinational clients on corporate governance issues, Sarbanes-Oxley, M&A transactions, securities laws as well as on strategic and business-oriented matters. Prior to joining QuisLex, Sirisha was the Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Quest Diagnostics, where she was responsible for corporate governance matters, securities laws, business development, commercial contracts, regulatory matters and Six Sigma. Sirisha also spent nine years at Shearman & Sterling where she advised clients on corporate matters, including M&A and corporate finance transactions. Sirisha was also a litigator for a year in the High Court of Tamil Nadu. Sirisha received her Masters in Law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Madras. |

Andrew Goodman
Executive Director Litigation Services
Andrew has over twelve years of experience actively managing and supervising large, complex document reviews on antitrust, securities, commercial litigation, intellectual property and construction law matters in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, oil/gas, healthcare, consumer products and semiconductors. He has trained multiple large teams on document review, creating privilege logs, and deposition digesting and is currently responsible for spearheading QuisLex’s litigation training programs. He also manages key substantive and administrative aspects of QuisLex’s client and vendor relationships. Andrew began his career in the LPO industry with QuisLex's subsidiary, SQ Global Solutions. Andrew received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and earned a B.A. with honors from the University of Michigan. |

Michel Sahyoun
Senior Vice President, Client Solutions
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Michel has over fifteen years of experience in risk management and in designing, building and deploying mission critical applications for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining QuisLex, he was Vice President and Senior Architect of Risk Management at JP Morgan Chase. Previously, he was a Principal Enterprise Architect at NEC - Niteo Partners and Senior Architect at Cambridge Technology Partners. Michel has also developed imaging and workflow products for Group Bull and the National Science Foundation. Michel holds two Masters of Engineering degrees in Computer Science and Operations Research from Columbia University. |

Ram Vasudevan
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Prior to joining QuisLex, Ram has over twelve years of experience advising corporate clients on corporate and M&A transactions and as a consultant to financial services clients. Ram has over eight years of corporate and M&A experience with Skadden Arps and Sidley Austin in New York. Ram has advised several public and privately owned US and multinational corporations on corporate and M&A transactions and worked closely with executives and directors of major US and multinational corporations. Prior to joining Sidley, Ram worked as a Project Manager for a large consulting company, managing projects for large financial services clients. Ram received his Masters in Law degree from Columbia University School of Law, his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Madras. |
