At QuisLex, we achieve this by providing our permanent employees with world class training, with the objective of strengthening core competencies, professional and personal growth and leadership building in all QuisLexians.

Our full-time Training Group organizes rigorous training in various forms for our permanent attorneys, such as weekly class room sessions, monthly deep dive sessions and “webinars” held by leading professional bodies such as the PLI. In sync with our appraisal processes and continual improvement objectives, our Training Group also provides customized training for individual employees.

In addition, our attorneys also undergo comprehensive project-specific training, sometimes with the assistance of our clients.
