May 2022- Meet Our Newest Channel Partners!

In our March post we shared the recent announcements of two new partnerships, with LegalSifter and Exterro. As we continue to expand our offerings, we’re excited to welcome two new companies to our growing channel partner program: Datamine Discovery and Complete Discovery Source.

Boston-based Datamine Discovery provides a full spectrum of services for every stage of the discovery life cycle, from legal holds and forensic data collection to data processing and early case assessment and on to hosted data review and production through Reveal. Datamine also provides expert project management, focusing on the data with responsive consultation and the latest technology, allowing legal teams to focus on case strategy.

Based in New York and with offices throughout the U.S. and Europe, CDS is a pioneer in the eDiscovery industry and a global leader in legal data management. CDS delivers comprehensive, defensible eDiscovery solutions to law firms, corporations and government agencies, leveraging its team of experts, advanced technology and scalable infrastructure to manage discovery challenges of any size and type. The company provides a full range of services that begin with expert consulting and include data identification and data collectionearly case assessment, high-speed data processing, automated and native redactions, secure data hosting, document production and managed review.

QuisLex operates our channel partner program based on selecting trusted national and local providers of full-service discovery solutions, hosting platforms, contract life cycle management, contract analytics and consulting services. Vetting prospective partners includes our technology practice group conducting a proof of concept and a detailed process and workflow needs analysis to ensure every partnership offers value to our clients. We continue to be technology agnostic, referring the most suitable partner to a client when it meets the solution requirements.

As noted by David Cochran, QuisLex director of sales operations and partnerships, “a meaningful partner program requires more than simply establishing partners in name only. We dedicate time and resources to ensure successful partnerships, starting with thorough due diligence prior to onboarding and working with them to ensure mutually beneficial relationships – between us and our partners and between our partners and clients.”

We’re excited to partner with these industry leaders and expect to continue adding channel partners that augment our own expertise and ensure our clients have access to the streamlined services they need.
