November 2021- New Business Development Team

QuisLex is excited to announce recent additions to our team to support our continued growth.

In July, legal industry veteran Mark Wilcox joined QuisLex as our vice president of global sales, bringing with him 30 years of sales leadership success across multiple industries. Mark’s background includes 15 years’ experience as a sales executive in the legal software and services industry, 10 years managing sales in the eDiscovery space and three years in legal and cybersecurity compliance. He has a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and has taught sales training and public speaking courses through Dale Carnegie and Miller Heiman.

In his new role, Wilcox is focused on expanding QuisLex’s managed document review and corporate services verticals, including M&A, Legal Operations, Legal Spend Analysis along with Contract Services and Regulatory Compliance.

Part of this expansion includes building a first-class business development team, which includes three more recent additions:

Amy Maxwell joined QuisLex last month as an Advisor, Business Development. Amy’s 18 years of professional experience in the legal services industry includes selling eDiscovery, managed review, cybersecurity and legal hold support. As a seasoned advisor, Amy is passionate about advancing legal process innovation and legal operations. An adept strategist and relationship cultivator, Amy earned her B.A. in psychology from the University of North Texas.

Dave Cochran joins as Head of Sales Operations and Channel Manager. He has been involved in all aspects of legal document management for over 30 years. He began his career as a project manager and then moved into consulting on electronic discovery and discovery management. Dave has been an executive with top-tier eDiscovery organizations, including the president and co-founder of Cerulean and chief operating officer at Planet Data Solutions. He has led teams in the US, EU, UK, and India to support clients around the world. Prior to entering the legal market, Dave was a staff assistant to then Secretary of the Treasury James Baker. He has a B.A. in political science from Pennsylvania State University.

Zoltan Horvath is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years of experience in the global legal services industry, specializing in technology consulting for corporate legal departments and Am Law 200 law firms. Zoltan also joins QuisLex as an Advisor, Business Development. He routinely consults with key legal and corporate executives on a global basis to help manage legal spend cost reduction and streamline efficiencies. Zoltan has provided case consulting, professional services and technology solutions over the years. He is passionate about providing clients with the right solution at the right time to improve their overall customer experience. Zoltan is a dedicated and committed problem solver with a get-it-done attitude to provide desired results. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University.
