QuisLex Marks International Women’s Day
Observed on March 8, International Women’s Day recognizes and celebrate women’s social, economic, cultural and political achievements around the world. It’s also a time to raise awareness of the progress made toward achieving gender equality and the work remaining to be done.
QuisLex is proud that diversity and empowerment of women have been important to our company’s success since our founding in 2004. We have always focused on making women an integral part of our team – from our leadership to newly hired legal associates just out of law school. Our overall operations workforce is made up of almost 50% women, and approximately 60% of QuisLex revenue is brought in or managed by our women employees.
Each of these talented women is a valuable contributor to our team, and none more so than our chief operating officer, Sirisha Gummaregula, who was recognized recently as part of the Legalweek Leaders in Tech Law Awards. The 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award acknowledges career achievement and leadership in moving the legal technology profession forward through innovation. Sirisha was selected for the award for her decades-long dedication to changing the way legal services are delivered and for her mentorship in helping women lawyers navigate a male-driven culture.
Congratulations Sirisha! Read our news release about her latest recognition here.
QuisLex is committed to ensuring all the women on our staff have the flexibility and support they need to be successful in both their professional and personal lives. We recognize them for their talent and hard work, and we celebrate them on International Women’s Day and throughout the year.
